The best way to get to Brighton is by rail. Trains leave from either London Victoria, St Pancras, Farringdon, Blackfriars or London Bridge and take about an hour. Brighton is also well-served from other cities across the UK. Trains from London can be as cheap as £8 (single), depending on when you book, and when you are travelling. Visit trainline.com for more information.
The walk from the train station to the Brighton Centre takes 10-15 minutes – and it’s downhill. Once at Brighton station, come out of the station and go straight ahead down Queens Road to the clock tower, go straight over the crossroads, where West St leads you down to the seafront. Once you hit the promenade (Kings Road), take a right and the Brighton Centre is on your right.
There is a taxi rank at Brighton station. From the concourse, do not exit the station but head to your far left and around the side of the station. Taxis can be found here. However, if there aren’t any cars waiting, it could be quicker to walk.
If you need to fly to the south coast, the nearest airport is Gatwick. Once you’ve landed at Gatwick, there are regular trains from the airport to Brighton, taking approximately 30 minutes.

National Express coaches arrive at Pool Valley Coach Station, just near Brighton Palace Pier. From here head to the seafront and, with the sea on your left head along the promenade (Kings Road) and the Brighton Centre is on your right. The walk from the coach station takes just 10 minutes.
Unless your accommodation has parking on site, we wouldn’t recommend driving to Brighton. Car parking is limited, is not particularly cheap, and volume of traffic can be a problem. If you do decide to drive, the nearest car park to the venue is the Churchill Square car park. Parking rates and information about disabled parking, motorbike parking and electric car charging can be found here.
If you are staying in and around Brighton, the city has a good bus network, most with USB charging points on board. The main hub for buses is Churchill Square which is just a 6-minute walk from the Brighton Centre. More information can be found here.
