All members can join the speaker queue and participate in debates but only voting members are allowed to vote on the resolutions.
All RCN members in the Main Hall can contribute to a debate. It’s a fantastic opportunity for you to get your voice heard, and it’s crucial for a good debate that as wide a cross-section of views as possible is heard. It can be a daunting experience, but you’ll soon discover that all speakers – especially those taking the microphone for the first time – receive a very warm welcome.
Voting members sit at the front of the Main Hall in designated seating areas . There is a separate area for non-voting members who wish to view or participate in the debates.
Seating plan to follow.
