Primary Care Networks: Let's influence change

Primary Care Networks (PCNs) offer a real opportunity for nurses to help improve patient outcomes. However, some nurses are unaware of this opportunity, as many PCN's have not consulted or included nurses in any strategic discussions regarding the development of them.  

This event will look at ways to empower nurses to become involved with their PCN, raising the nursing voice to support innovation and influence the development of key services.

Aimed at nurses who are looking to collaborate with colleagues at scale, skill-share and demonstrate leadership and innovation, this session will discuss new ways of working with PCNs, improving the understanding of their role, and the potential opportunities for nurses to shape the face of General Practice by making their voice heard.
