The financial health of our health care staff

Cavell Nurses’ Trust exists to support nurses, midwives and health care assistants when they face financial crisis. A recent survey has helped to further inform our understanding of the financial challenges, concerns and anxieties that our nursing family feel.

We’ll share some of the day-to-day realities that many of our health care professionals feel, how people told us they feel and what it is they love about their roles. We’ll also talk about the positive impact for nurses to know that support is available if they need it.
