RCN Reps making a difference: Building an active workplace community

As a modern, progressive, professional trade union the work of RCN representatives has never been more important. Being bold, challenging and passionate are just some of the words that embody the work that RCN representatives do on behalf of members every single day. This event will showcase the activity of RCN reps and the work of the UK Rep Committees and launch the Value of Reps – a framework that sets out the intentions of the RCN to recruit, support, develop and celebrate everything RCN reps do on behalf of the RCN.
