Building power: there’s no shortcuts

Power isn’t created overnight; we must organise and build strategically over time, developing what is known as the capacity to act. The last year has shown that RCN activists are passionate and willing to lead in their workplaces; now is the time for us to grow and strengthen high levels of member participation, including those who don’t normally get involved. That’s how you build power! Through real life examples, learn what it takes at this not to be missed event.
