Trade union organising allows the voice of RCN members to be at the forefront of negotiations.

This event will gather your views, and offer guidance on asking for better pay. You will learn how to ask for better pay, terms and conditions in independent employers.  Together, RCN members with support, can successfully negotiate with their employers for a pay rise or other improvements to terms and conditions.
