This is an opportunity to get involved in developing the RCN’s position on social care, so that campaigning can be undertaken across the UK. There are many challenges in social care: the need for a fair and sustainable funding resolution across the UK, safe staffing levels and workforce planning; fair pay, and improved terms and working conditions; opportunities to develop nursing roles and more. We need to hear your voice and your experience to inform the development of our position.
