Getting your voice heard: Nursing and political influencing

RCN members have been fantastic over the last year, putting their case forward for positive change, and we want to build on that enthusiasm and experience to inspire more members to engage politically.
We want to support members to advocate on behalf of themselves and the nursing profession and envisage a practical session where members can learn how to engage with politicians and what tactics to use to get the best results. Utilising the expertise of staff, and the experience of members we will showcase best practice examples and identify some of the challenges.
