Inspirational RCN Nurse of the Year 2022, Alison Bunce, founded Compassionate Inverclyde, a social movement supporting people in need and improving their health and wellbeing.

In this event, Alison will share her tips on how to develop a compassionate community and lead a team of volunteers, and demonstrate how ordinary people can become a valuable and effective part of the circle of care.

Alison's raft of creative and co-produced public health approaches to her community's challenges are low cost approaches that are easily replicated, and increasingly needed in all parts of the UK. Simplicity is key to its success, so Alison will share how a successful initiative need not be complex or bureaucratic.

The event is aimed at all delegates.
