I don’t work for the NHS – what has the RCN ever done for me?

Around 24% of RCN members work in independent health and social care settings. In this session, delegates who don't work In the NHS will learn about the RCN Independent Health and Social Care (IHSC) strategy which is governed through a partnership board made up of staff and RCN members. It will highlight the SenseMaker Tool and how we use it to make their voices heard. Delegates will learn how they can get involved in the co-production and co-design of the IHSC strategy and workstreams, ensuring that the work we do continues to be focused on their needs.
