This workshop – aimed at any members wanting to take a more active role in their workplace – will help you take a new look at how to engage members and non-members, grow RCN membership and help you to work with members in order to effect change in the workplace.
We will explore new ways of engaging with and growing membership through the introduction of the established ‘Industrial Areas Foundation’ Community Organising Model and demonstrate how you can broaden the role of the RCN beyond the workplace, and to show how a local RCN Branch can contribute to their local community.
