Inspiring students: Our shared leadership story

Every student and newly registered nurse have the potential to lead and influence. Aimed at student nurses, nursing apprentices, trusts, health boards and universities, this session will provide delegates with the practical skills and tools they need to succeed, as well as hear from inspiring stories from student leaders.  

Themes covered will include dispelling the myth that students can’t be leaders and inspiring them to lead, the leadership potential of students to future employers, and tackling some of the challenges that are preventing students from developing their leadership skills.
