Students Programme: ‘Just Relax’ session

Mental health is just as an important aspect of your health as is your physical health. We need to be mindful of the stresses and strains we find ourselves in, because if we can't look after ourselves, how are we expected to look after our patients?
Come along to a Just Relax Session as we follow these seven steps to relaxation: Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe and Relax.
We use techniques from Emotional Freedom Technique, Yoga, Mindfulness, Massage and Meditation to relax in a safe nurturing space. We slow the body down as we move through the stages from high energy to low energy ending with a short meditation.
