After a tumultuous and historic year for nursing and the RCN, Pat Cullen reflects on some of the milestones of the last 12 months and shares her vision for the future of the college.

With membership at an all-time high, engagement with the college at levels never seen before, and the Voice of Nursing louder than ever, while there are certain to be challenges ahead, they are challenges which can be faced together with a renewed sense of solidarity, confidence and optimism.
