Leadership, energy, change and you!

In an increasingly volatile and fast moving environment, leaders are recognising that large-scale change programmes driven from the top of the organisation, with multiple, complex work streams are rarely delivering the outcomes they seek. Building on our successful events of 2017, the Leadership and Management Forum are seeking to collaborate with the RCN ENN. Delegates will:

• have an understanding of how the world of change leadership is changing
• learn about the new environment as a platform for managing and leading more effectively
• gain an appreciation of the importance in leading change of creating energy and developing personal resilience.
