It is estimated that there are over 130,000 people trapped in slavery across the UK.
This awareness-raising session, aimed at all health care workers, will help you identify and respond to modern slavery and exploitation. The presentation and resources, using the Modern Slavery Wheel Tool, have been part of a wider UK study, and have been tested in several UK Trusts. We will also cover regional legislation which provides support for victims/survivors.
