Mona Grey Lecture: RCN Professional Framework Programme

This programme is co-creating an overarching UK-wide professional framework for nursing, led by the Professional Nursing Committee in collaboration with RCN forums and fellows.

It will bring together the vast variety of career and competency frameworks across all settings to show the opportunities our profession has, which will support recruitment and retention of the nursing workforce.

During this lecture an updated definition for the registered nurse will be launched and also principles of nursing which are applicable for all of the nursing workforce.
