Keynote speaker: Professor James Buchan

On Monday afternoon, Professor James Buchan joined us to give his take on the workforce challenges internationally. James specialises in nursing workforce policy and analysis and works as a consultant and policy adviser on workforce issues for governments and international agencies such as the WHO and ICN.
