Mouth care and its importance at end of life

There is confusion around how best to provide mouth care, and this is especially relevant for those people approaching end of life, and their informal carers for whom mouth care may be one of the last acts of care they can provide. This event will also launch a credit card aide memoire prompt card to support carers in providing appropriate mouth care. Delegates will be able to explore the use of appropriate equipment and share their experience.
