Mouth care matters in end-of-life care: launch of the resource guide for professionals

This event launches our Mouth Care Matters in End-of-Life resource. End-of-life mouth care helps maintain patient comfort, self-esteem, and dignity. Our resources are designed to support nursing staff who assist in mouth care for people at the end of their lives (last weeks or days). We will also introduce our multi-professional steering group - a selection of experts from different care settings across the UK who worked on the project.

The specialist panel will explain the tools and information found in our resource guide and answer your questions. The session is for nursing professionals working in health and social care, including assistants, auxiliaries and student nurses.
