Nursing beyond nurses

This event will shine a light on the outstanding contribution of nursing beyond nurses and will encourage members to share how the wider voice of nursing can be heard in all quarters.
Job titles for health practitioners (HPs) can vary – health care assistants, clinical HCSWs, assistant practitioners and care assistants – but what is consistent is the important role they play in nursing teams. HPs are often one of the most visible members of the health and social care workforce for patients and service users, however, they are the least visible in health and social care policy.
