Do you want to make a positive change, take control, and make a difference? Then become a NWS Champion
The Nursing Workforce Standards Champions are individuals who promote the use of the RCN’s 2021 Nursing Workforce Standards (NWS) in everyday practice to support a safe and effective nursing workforce. The Champions benchmark what is on offer in their organisations against the NWS and advocate for positive changes. The Champions use NWS checklists and are also involved in NWS working groups to focus on continual service improvement.
Taking ownership, standing up for oneself and others is the attraction. Every member can make a difference in supporting a safe and effective workforce.
The session is aimed at all RCN members, from nursing students to directors of nursing.
