This event aims to highlight the effects of working in isolation have on an individual’s emotional wellbeing and work performance.
This event aims to highlight the effects of working in isolation have on an individual’s emotional wellbeing and work performance and will provide simple and realistic strategies and ideas of how to overcome these. Debate and personal stories/suggestions from the attendees will be welcomed and form part of the event. The event is aimed at health care staff working in isolation, such as care homes, general practice, community nurses, community mental health nurses.
