Promoting a just and learning culture
16 May 2023, 17:45 - 18:30
Collaboration: NHS Resolution
This event will give delegates an overview of a new publication from NHS Resolution – Being Fair 2.
A panel discussion will highlight the importance of the development of a just and learning culture both in delegates’ workplace, and within the RCN. Addressing discrimination and bullying, and supporting ‘speaking up’ are key to successful organisations, and were highlighted within the independent Carr Review into the culture of the RCN, as well as the RCN response.
Delegates will have the opportunity to ask questions and contribute to a discussion on how we can move the culture of the RCN to be one of inclusion and belonging, supporting the health and wellbeing of all our members. They can also find out more about the resources available that can support organisations and staff to instil a just a learning culture.
All delegates are encouraged to attend this event.
Rachel Hollis and Denise Chaffer will be joined by Roger Kline to present this session.
Roger is a Research Fellow at Middlesex University Business School 2013-2023 and previously worked for eight unions in front line and senior roles over 25 years.
