Race has the power to generate division and fear yet Yvonne Coghill OBE, National Director of the Workforce Race Equality Standard shows us what we can achieve to move past those barriers together.
Yvonne will share her thoughts about a prescription for nursing that appropriately challenges racism and creates a truly racially inclusive profession. She will also reflect and share wisdom from her own journey from frontline nurse to Director and HSJ 100 influencer about what works well and how nursing can shape a better future for all of its members and improve outcomes for patients at the same time.
