Delivered by newly qualified nurses, this session aims to advise students or newly qualified nurses on preparing for the transition to qualifed nurse, how they can best manage this change and the support that is there from the RCN. It will also advise students of the benefits of getting involved in RCN forums and becoming an RCN steward.
