Returning to work with long COVID: What works?

This event will draw on current best practice guidelines and research to ensure delegates are aware of how to support staff with long COVID back to work in a sustainable manner.

The session will present new data, evidence and guidance on Long COVID for discussion and application in workplaces across the health and social care sector.

By the end of the event delegates will have understand: 

  • current best practice and how disability legislation applies to staff
  • practical steps/actions to help staff and teams think differently when supporting staff back to work 
  • how to effectively represent and support colleagues living with long COVID back to work, challenging employers where appropriate.

The event is aimed at members living with long COVID as well as colleagues, reps and managers supporting members back to the workplace.
