Almost every member of the health care profession is affected by staffing level issues.
This event will:
- feedback findings from a national research study on how policies developed following the Francis inquiries to support ‘safe-staffing’ have been implemented. The study looked at what has happened, how staffing levels changed, the costs and consequences, and factors that affect how policies have been implemented locally
- engage with nurses to get their take on the findings
- have the potential to act a spring-board for wider discussions on this key topic
