The development of a competency portfolio for emergency nurses

The event is aimed at emergency nurses, anyone interested in emergency care and those who wish to develop a competency portfolio.
Delegates will be shown the process of developing a framework, the pros and cons, and the obstacles that may have been put in the way. It will also give delegates a chance to see the portfolio, see how it can inform their practice and learn how to access it for use.
