The NMC standards for supporting and assessing learning in practice

The standards framework covers nursing and midwifery education, standards for student supervision and assessment, pre-registration nursing programmes and prescribing programmes. All staff will be expected to play a part in the supervision of students and will need the skills and confidence to do so. With this in mind, this fringe event provides an opportunity for delegates to discuss the new standards for education and training framework and explore how reps can help RCN members prepare for the changes.
