The perceptions and realities of clinical supervision - developing the RCN future direction

The RCN believes all members must be enabled to build their knowledge, skills and thinking abilities to ensure continuous improvement in providing care, leadership, research, and education. During this event we will present contemporary research evidence, and invite questions and discussion to gain members’ views on whether clinical supervision should be mandatory. Feedback will be used to inform the next phase of the RCN work programme on clinical supervision.

This is an inclusive professional issue that is relevant to all grades, specialties, and roles across all four countries.
