Use your voice: the power of the media

Against the backdrop of the Fair Pay for Nursing campaign, this session will look at the power and importance of the media in winning the hearts and minds of the public and influencing politicians.
More specifically, it will demonstrate how crucial your real-life stories are to achieving this.
It doesn’t matter if you are a novice or a media pro, this session is open to everyone. It will myth bust some of the common concerns you have about speaking in the media and set out what support you can expect from the RCN if you are eager to share your story. If you are passionate about advocating for nursing, then this is one session not to be missed.
