Virtual supervision - Breaking down barriers and transforming leadership

Presenting a model of a virtual nurse-led network, enabling supervision, support and strengthening of leadership.

The aim is to promote strategic level working by increasing knowledge and understanding of sustainability and transformation partnership and national campaigns in a cascading system approach. Demonstrating that virtual networks are not only a key vehicle to accelerate the spread and adoption of quality improvement and transformational change: but also a place to learn, connect, influence and shape health services by the sharing of ideas and resources, to provide peer support and to disseminate and generate information.
