Get Involved
To extend our reach, we always need members willing to volunteer and become active in supporting our aims. Why not make this the year you decide to get active – either by joining the RCN, meeting with your local branch, supporting our campaign activity or training to be an accredited representative? The RCN is a member-led organisation and the more people who are prepared to get involved, the more we can achieve together.
RCN reps
Being a rep can be one of the most fulfilling activities you can undertake. Fully supported by the RCN at every turn, we will equip you with the skills and knowledge to represent your colleagues and your region.
Branches
All members belong to an RCN branch. Branches work across the NHS, independent and third sectors to deliver services to members and provide opportunities for members to participate in, shape and influence the work of the RCN.
Nursing communities
Join our member-led nursing communities to meet other members working in your specialism, and share knowledge and best practice.
