Three things about ageing: Empathy, literature and dementia

22 May 2019, 19:00 - 21:00

  • Museum of Liverpool, Pier Head, Liverpool , L3 1DG
This evening event is part of the Library and Archive Service public event series, Aspects of Age, taking place at Liverpool Museums.

Join author and nurse Molly Case (How to Treat People) and Dawne Garrett, RCN Professional Lead for Care of Older People, as we explore literature, empathy and depictions of ageing and care in fiction. We will also be welcoming a member of the team at National Museums Liverpool to talk about the fantastic House of Memories project. We’ll have drinks and audience questions as we explore how society views ageing and care today.
