Online health and wellbeing sessions

Our online programme, which can be accessed via RCNXtra’s Community Online Academy, is accessible to members who are attending Congress either in person or virtually.
The Congress playlist features videos on a range of wellbeing areas, including meditation and stretching, as well as aerobic exercise and nutrition.
The playlist will go live at the start of Congress and can be accessed via Hopin, our virtual events platform.
