As a Health Care Assistant, Assistant Practitioner, Student Nurse or Registered Nurse you have the power to influence across both nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
An inclusive leader is someone like you, someone who has a core value of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
Come along to this interactive session by Stuart Young, Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust, and discover how you can be an inclusive leader at any level.
You can book your place now on this Learning Event. The event is free for RCN members, while non-members will be charged £20 + VAT. This fee will be reimbursed if the attendee joins the RCN on the day.

The RCN West Midlands Regional Office is approximately 1.5 miles from Birmingham New Street Railway Station, or 0.5 miles from Five Ways Railway Station.

There is no parking available at the office itself. However, visitors can park at the nearby Plough and Harrow Hotel (135 Hagley Road, Birmingham, B16 8LS) for a £5 charge.
