Presented by Ruth Burey, RCN Professional Learning and Development Facilitator, this session will provide a basic overview to support the understanding of innovation and service improvement work and an opportunity for participants to explore how to develop their own ideas into action to improve patient/client experience.
We will be pleased to hear about participants’ nursing innovation or service improvement ideas that they would like to share!
You can book your place now on this Learning Event. The event is free for RCN members, while non-members will be charged £20 + VAT. This fee will be reimbursed if the attendee joins the RCN on the day.

The RCN West Midlands Regional Office is approximately 1.5 miles from Birmingham New Street Railway Station, or 0.5 miles from Five Ways Railway Station.
There are bus stops outside the office which are served by the following buses:

There is no parking available at the office itself. However, visitors can park at the nearby Plough and Harrow Hotel (135 Hagley Road, Birmingham, B16 8LS) for a £5 charge.
