The healthy workplace toolkit for an agency workforce provides a framework for employment agencies and host organisations to address the issues identified by the agency nursing workforce and provide a healthy and safe working environment for staff and the patients they care for.
This toolkit also supports individual nursing staff carrying out agency work to meet their responsibilities to practise safely.
