Nursing staff of all levels working in diverse settings within the independent sector are all welcome at this meeting.
The RCN is here to support and represent members wherever they work. If you work in an independent sector nursing setting, this meeting is for you.
Although the majority of nurses and health care support workers who work outside the NHS are based in nursing and care homes, the sector spans a broad range of workplaces, including hospices, GP surgeries, private hospitals, charities and voluntary community services. A growing number of services formerly provided by the NHS have now been tendered out to private companies.
Network with your peers, discuss current nursing issues and feel a part of something bigger.
