Take a break from the day-to-day and join fellow RCN members for a poetry workshop.
We are taking some time out from the COVID-19 outbreak to learn new skills and focus our minds on some creative activities.
Join this session in poetry writing, where you will be guided through a series of tasks to get you writing, generating ideas and give life to them.
You do not need any writing experience to take part in this workshop – all you need is paper and a pen or pencil to write with.
This event will be held online. Information on how to join will be sent to your email address prior to the event.
Whether you are working or isolating, please join us if you would like, and keep in mind the following to ensure it is safe and enjoyable for all:
- Feel free to stay for as little or as long as you like, and you can sign off at any time.
- Everyone is of course welcome to talk, and we are here to listen, but we can’t provide professional advice or support during the session. If you do need more professional support regarding the current circumstances, we’ll be able to signpost you to RCN resources and services
- Please note this is an event for RCN members only.
For more tips and support on self care during this challenging time, visit the RCN's COVID-19 and your mental wellbeing page.
