By the end of this afternoon seminar, participants will have an understanding of the importance of assessment and the use of relevant assessment tools in relation to dementia, delirium and depression in the older person

Topics include:
- The nurse's role in the assessment process
- Exploration of relevant tools
- Clinical Guidance e.g. NICE

*Please note – delegates attending this seminar are advised to also attend the morning seminar on “An Overview of the 3D’s” on the same day, as this afternoon seminar will build on the topics covered in the morning.
