This session will focus on thyroid conditions and will be presented by Kath Bell, member of the British Thyroid Foundation's West Midlands support group.
Thyroid disease affects 1 in 20 people in the UK, 80 per cent of whom are women and 20 per cent being men. Many patients continue to be unwell even with current treatment, saying their lives are not worth living. This workshop will enable you to help and support them to find the right treatment.

The event is free for RCN members, while non-members will be charged £20 + VAT. This fee will be reimbursed if the attendee joins the RCN on the day.
