All RCN Herefordshire branch members are invited to attend the AGM, which will be held virtually this year. The meeting will also incorporate a learning event focusing on mental health and wellbeing.
Learning Event: Mental health matters
This event, presented by Maria Lewis, RCN West Midlands Regional Development Officer and Mental Health First Aid (England) Instructor, will provide an introduction to mental health and wellbeing, including a short overview of the most common mental health conditions.
The aim of the session is to give a brief insight for participants, with wellbeing and self-care strategies explored, along with signposting to resources and accessing support.
This will be an interactive session, with participants being able to engage with activities if they wish. These will be shared to complete in their own time as an option.
