Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the content of this event has changed from the original topic, ‘LD nursing - past, present and future’.
This replacement session, delivered by Professor Rod Thomson, RCN Council Member for the West Midlands, will inform you as caregivers what the current NHS plans for transforming NHS services are.
It will also consider what impact this will have on social care given the ageing demography of the UK, the financial pressures facing Local Authorities and social care providers, as well as the impact of nursing staffing vacancies on the delivery of community and hospital services.
You can book your place now on this Learning Event. The event is free for RCN members, while non-members will be charged £20 + VAT. This fee will be reimbursed if the attendee joins the RCN on the day.
If you have any queries about this event, or want more information, please call the RCN West Midlands Regional Office on 0121 450 4300.
