About us

The NRN network aims to add the unique perspective of the newly registered to the voice of nursing, while providing peer support and guidance at the beginning of the nursing journey.

We seek to support those in the last six months of their degree through to whenever they consider themselves to no longer be newly registered. This is normally through to the end of their preceptorship, if they are lucky enough to have one, or roughly 18 months post-registration.

We are run by students and NRNs in order to create the peer support which some feel is lacking post-graduation.
