    RCN submission of evidence to the NHS Pay Review Body (NHSPRB)

    The NHSPRB was asked not to make a pay recommendation for the multi-year pay deals for 2018/19 to 2020/21 but was asked to monitor the implementation and impact of the agreements put in place in the NHS. The RCN submission underlines the need for effective monitoring and evaluation and preparation for an above inflation pay rise after the end of the pay deals.

    This publication is intended to provide clear guidance for all health care professionals to have in place sound systems and processes to ensure the safe and appropriate disposal of pregnancy remains, where the pregnancy has ended before the 24th week of gestation. This includes following an ectopic pregnancy, early intrauterine fetal death, miscarriage, or a medically or surgically induced termination of pregnancy. ​
